Our fees are based upon a combination of our costs, our time and our constant dedication to providing our patients with the highest quality dental care. The treatment recommended by our surgeons are never based on what your insurance company will pay as your treatment should not be governed by your insurance contract. We are in network providers for a few dental PPO insurance plans, please call us for details.
We do NOT accept or bill for any HMO, Medi-Cal or Denti-Cal insurance plans. If you have dental benefits with an insurance company we are not in network with, we will submit a claim on your behalf, so that your insurance company can reimburse you directly. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. While we do not provide any direct payment plan options for service rendered, we do accept CareCredit, which you can apply for online.

Medicare
Dental services are not covered by Medicare. Our surgeons are NOT providers for Medicare and therefore, cannot submit a claim for service rendered. If you feel your surgery would be eligible for coverage and you desire to obtain Medicare benefits, you have the option of selecting a Medicare provider/participant at another office or facility. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
